I don’t care how ‘intuitive’ your eating feels, if you’re bulking and not logging your calories, you’re setting yourself up for either soft gains or a frustrating plateau. The margin for error is huge, a handful of nuts or a splash of olive oil can wreck your deficit or surplus. My fitness pal or Cronometer might feel tedious, but the data doesn’t lie. You can sculpt your body, or you can guess. You can’t do both.
Bulking Without Tracking Calories Is Asking for Mediocrity
I refuse to trust anyone who claims they’re ‘clean bulking’ by eyeballing portions. Precision beats intuition every time.
