About

Built by creators, for creators.

We started MemberPad because every creator deserves the tools to build, grow, and get paid by their community, without the tech headaches or the monthly bill.

How we make money

  • 9% when a member pays you
  • Nothing when they do not
  • No monthly bill
  • No setup fee

What we stand for

The principles behind every decision.

01

Empower Creators

We give creators the tools they need to build, manage, and monetize thriving online communities without technical barriers.

02

Community First

Every decision we make starts with the community. We build features that bring people together and foster genuine connections.

03

Transparency

No hidden fees, no surprise changes. We believe in honest pricing, open communication, and earning trust every day.

The road so far

From an idea to a platform creators run on.

  1. 2024 Q4

    The idea

MemberPad was founded with one conviction: building a community you can charge for should not require a developer, a designer, or a monthly bill.

  2. 2025 Q1

    First launch

The beta went live with a hand picked group of creators, and the first paid memberships, courses, and podcasts followed within weeks.

  3. 2025 Q3

    Scaling up

Membership tiers, live rooms and broadcasts, the affiliate program, and the apps for iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows.

  4. 2026 Q1

    Growing

Checkout in your members' own currencies, custom domains, prediction markets, and a public page for every community. More is on the way.

The people

The humans building MemberPad every day.

Drew, Founder & CEOFounder & CEO

Drew

Started MemberPad on one conviction: building a community you can charge for should not need a developer, a designer, or a monthly bill. Decides what gets built and, more often, what does not.

Christian, Head of EngineeringHead of Engineering

Christian

Owns everything the platform runs on: the API, the data, and the jobs that run while everyone is asleep. Most of that work goes into the parts nobody is ever supposed to notice.

Brandi, Head of ProductHead of Product

Brandi

Turns what creators ask for into something that ships. Reads every feature request that comes in, including the ones that flatly contradict each other, and works out which one is really the same request twice.

Kennedy, Head of CommunityHead of Community

Kennedy

The first person a new creator hears from. Runs onboarding, works the support inbox, and brings back the question that keeps getting asked so it can be fixed rather than answered again.

McKenzie, Head of DesignHead of Design

McKenzie

Designs the pages your members actually see, on a phone as much as on a desk. Reliably argues for the version with less on it.

Dude, Head of SalesHead of Sales

Dude

Greets every creator at the door and sits in on every demo. Never interrupts, never oversells, and handles an objection by resting a chin on the desk until it goes away. Paid entirely in biscuits, which does wonders for our margins.

Come build something with us.

Your seat is waiting… Free to create. We only earn when you do.
